Australian notes more than three times life size. Coins proportionally larger again. Magnetic backing. $23.40.
Holding up a five dollar note and asking thirty children what it is does not work past the third row. This is the same money, printed large, stuck on the board where everyone can see it.
The coins are the clever part. They are scaled up more than the notes, proportionally, because real coins are the hardest thing in the world to see from six metres away. A twenty cent piece at life size is invisible to the back of a classroom.
Magnetic, so it goes on any magnetic surface - whiteboard, chalkboard, filing cabinet. Build an amount, cover one coin, ask what is missing. Sort by value. Make the same total two ways.
Money is a life skills topic before it is a maths topic. Identifying a coin by size and colour, knowing which note is which, working out change - all of it needs the money visible to the whole class at once.
Two things not published
How many coins and notes you get. The supplier says "all Australian notes" and "coins", but gives no count. That matters - one of each, or enough to build an amount, are very different products. We have asked.
Which note designs. Australia's notes have been redesigned in recent years and the supplier does not say which series these show, or when the set was produced. We have asked that too, because a money resource showing superseded designs is a problem in a classroom. Ask us before you order.

Shipping & Delivery
Delivery time depends on your location, the size of your order, and the shipping option selected at checkout. For in-stock items, standard metro delivery in QLD, NSW and VIC is usually 1 to 7 business days. South Australia, Tasmania, Western Australia and the Northern Territory are generally 3 to 12 business days. Express delivery for eligible parcels under 3kg is usually 1 to 4 business days in QLD, NSW, ACT and VIC. Returns, Refunds & Replacements
Mega Office Supplies accepts change-of-mind returns for unopened and unused products within 14 days from the invoice date, provided the item is returned in its original packaging and in resalable condition. Original shipping costs are not refundable, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, and a restocking fee may apply depending on the product type and supplier. Some items, including electronics, assembled or installed furniture, food, beverages, medicines, custom-made products, and certain bulk or special-order items, are not eligible for return unless required under Australian Consumer Law.
If your order arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact Mega Office Supplies as soon as possible. Where required under Australian Consumer Law, a repair, replacement, or refund will be offered. In these cases, Mega Office Supplies will cover reasonable return shipping costs, and photographic evidence may be requested to help process the claim. Items should be reported within a reasonable timeframe after delivery.
