Active Mini DisplayPort to HDMI with 4K60 and HDR
Run a Mini DisplayPort laptop or PC into a 4K HDMI display or projector with this 2m Lindy active adapter cable.
Lindy fits this 2m adapter cable with an active chipset, which broadens compatibility with both dual-mode and non-dual-mode graphics cards. It converts Mini DisplayPort to HDMI at resolutions up to 4096x2160 at 60Hz and supports High Dynamic Range for deeper blacks, brighter whites and a wider colour gamut. Lindy names Surface, MacBook and other notebooks as typical sources, and uncompressed multi-channel audio is carried.
Lindy notes that some recent Nvidia drivers only run 4K at 60Hz in 4:2:2 when converting from DP or Mini DP to HDMI. HDMI audio relies on the graphics card supporting audio over DisplayPort. Quote 40922 or DS40922 when ordering. Lindy backs it with a 2 year warranty.
AMD Eyefinity support lets three or more monitors run as one large desktop. Browse related DisplayPort Cables, HDMI Cables and Audio And Video Cables, or see what else sits in our LINDY range.
