Large playing cards for the classroom
The Learning Can Be Fun Jumbo Playing Cards, supplier code LJPC, are large format playing cards measuring 15cm x 10cm for classroom card activities and teacher demonstrations.
Learning Can Be Fun says the large format helps students see the differences between the cards and makes them easier to handle. The supplier also notes that a teacher can use them for demonstration purposes, holding up a card so a group can follow along. They are part of the Learning Can Be Fun range of classroom games.
A teacher can model a card game or a number activity at the front of the room before students try it themselves. Big cards are also clear on the floor or a table in a small group. They sit well with dice and dominoes in a maths games kit.
Plastic coated playing cards, dice, dominoes and other card games are in the Learning Can Be Fun range. For more maths and game resources, browse maths equipment, educational games and classroom cards.
