Dinosaur pieces for children to build their own tales
Learning Can Be Fun's Felt Story Board Dinosaur, supplier code LFSBD, is the Dinosaurs version of the brand's felt story boards, an interactive set that promotes storytelling and communication skills.
Learning Can Be Fun designed its felt story boards so children stick the felt pieces onto the felt board, then use their imaginations to create a story. Pieces can be lifted and placed again for the next tale. The brand describes the boards as a lightweight, clean, interactive tool that can be used over and over again. This listing is the Dinosaurs theme.
The brand says this type of play increases children's imaginations, helps develop self-expression and communication skills, and provides hands-on learning. Dinosaurs give children a theme to invent scenes around, and talking through a story while placing the pieces gives them a reason to choose words and describe what happens.
Australian Animals and Farm felt story boards are also listed in the Learning Can Be Fun range. You will find more play and language ideas in educational supplies, classroom supplies and teacher resources.
