The LAERDAL Adjustable Stifneck Collar Adult is a single-size adjustable cervical spine immobilisation collar for adult patients, providing clinically-standard rigid cervical collar immobilisation for pre-hospital and emergency assessment of suspected cervical spine injuries, conscious and unconscious patient cervical spine management, and patient packaging for transport after trauma where cervical spine injury is a possibility. GST-free as a TGA-listed medical device.
The Stifneck collar is the internationally recognised standard for rigid cervical spine immobilisation in pre-hospital and emergency trauma care - its design, fitting procedure, and clinical performance are embedded in the training curricula of paramedics, emergency nurses, and first aid providers across Australia and internationally, making it the collar most trainees are familiar with from their training. The adjustable single-size format reduces the storage requirement compared to stocking multiple fixed sizes while still providing appropriate sizing across the range of adult neck circumferences encountered in clinical practice.

South Australia, Tasmania, Western Australia and the Northern Territory are generally 3 to 12 business days. Returns, Refunds & Replacements
Mega Office Supplies accepts change-of-mind returns for unopened and unused products within 14 days from the invoice date, provided the item is returned in its original packaging and in resalable condition. Original shipping costs are not refundable, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, and a restocking fee may apply depending on the product type and supplier. Some items, including electronics, assembled or installed furniture, food, beverages, medicines, custom-made products, and certain bulk or special-order items, are not eligible for return unless required under Australian Consumer Law.
If your order arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact Mega Office Supplies as soon as possible. Where required under Australian Consumer Law, a repair, replacement, or refund will be offered.
