A Wired Split Keyboard With a Cushioned Palm Rest

The Incase Designed by Microsoft Ergonomic Keyboard is a wired USB keyboard with a split keyset, a cushioned fabric-covered palm rest and an integrated number pad.

This is the Incase version of the Microsoft Ergonomic Keyboard. It connects by USB cable, and Incase's sell sheet gives the cable length as 5 1/2 ft. Incase lists Windows 10, Windows 11 and Mac OS 10.15, with Mac OS 15 needing an adapter or hub. Incase's support page also states it is not compatible with Microsoft Mouse and Keyboard Center or Microsoft Accessory Center.

The split keyset sits behind a cushioned palm rest, and an optional riser fits underneath to raise the keyboard. Shortcut keys include an Office (Microsoft 365) key, an Emoji key and a Screen Capture key, plus search, media controls and three quick-access keys for your first three Taskbar apps.

No. Incase's support page states that this device is not compatible with the Microsoft Mouse and Keyboard Center or Microsoft Accessory Center utilities, so the shortcut keys work as supplied.

Incase lists Mac OS 10.15, and Mac OS 15 with an adapter or hub, alongside Windows 10 and Windows 11. Incase does not say which shortcut keys work on a Mac.
Incase describes an optional riser that installs on the bottom of the keyboard to raise it, and its support page lists an elevator stand in the box with the keyboard. Our distributor lists the keyboard only, so ask us to confirm if the stand matters to you. Fit it if you prefer the keyboard raised, or leave it off.
No. The number pad is integrated into the keyboard. If you want a separate number pad you can position independently, the Sculpt Ergonomic Keyboard has one.

For in-stock items, standard metro delivery in QLD, NSW and VIC is usually 1 to 7 business days. Returns, Refunds & Replacements

Mega Office Supplies accepts change-of-mind returns for unopened and unused products within 14 days from the invoice date, provided the item is returned in its original packaging and in resalable condition. Original shipping costs are not refundable, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, and a restocking fee may apply depending on the product type and supplier. Some items, including electronics, assembled or installed furniture, food, beverages, medicines, custom-made products, and certain bulk or special-order items, are not eligible for return unless required under Australian Consumer Law.
