Incase A.R.C. Travel Pack 21 to 38L Expandable Backpack Navy

Incase does not state cabin-baggage compliance for any airline. It publishes 20 x 17 x 5.5 in and a capacity of 21L, rising to 38L fully expanded, so check those figures against your airline's cabin limits, keeping in mind the bag grows when expanded.

Incase states the zippered laptop compartment fits up to a 16-inch MacBook and up to a 12.9-inch iPad. It does not publish internal measurements or list other laptops, so for a Windows laptop send us the model and we will check what we can before you order.

Incase does not describe it as waterproof. The exterior has a C0 water repellent coating, Incase's A.R.C. range page describes a DWR coating to resist water and stains, and the tech compartments use YKK weather resistant zippers.

Yes. Incase shows the pack carried by its side handle as well as worn as a backpack, and it has a top handle too. The travel pass-through also lets it ride on the handle of a wheeled suitcase.

Incase does not publish a weight for the A.R.C. Travel Pack, so we do not quote one. If weight matters for an airline allowance, ask us and we will tell you what we can find out.
