A Metal Compass With Its Own Pencil, Ready for Maths Class
The Helix 2210106 Metal Compass with Pencil, which ACCO lists under the Helix reference G05X70, pairs a metal compass with a pencil so circles and arcs can be drawn straight from the card.
ACCO describes a metal structure, lists the pencil as included and calls the compass a book list item for school. The product photo shows a hang card printed Helix Since 1887, with the compass and a yellow pencil held in its clamp ring, ready to hang on a peg display or drop into a pencil case once opened.
Because the pencil comes with it, a student can start a construction as soon as the card is opened, and a spare in the classroom drawer is ready for anyone who forgets theirs. Keep a sharpener nearby so the pencil point stays fine for neat arcs and intersections.
