This is the plain workhorse tray - the one that sits on a desk, a bench or a shelf and holds the paper that would otherwise be in a pile. A4 is 297 x 210mm and the tray is 356 x 279mm at the top, so paper drops in flat with room to get fingers under it.

The stacking is the reason to buy several. Trays that stack turn 76mm of desk into six sorted layers - in-tray, out-tray, marked, unmarked, one per group. One tray on its own is a paper holder; four stacked is a filing system that costs $41.20.

Colour is the labelling. Assign a colour per subject, per group or per day and nobody has to read anything. Six colours listed here.

The supplier makes eight - Purple and Lime Green are the two we do not currently list. If you need a full set of eight for a colour-coded room, ask us and we will check whether they can still supply them.

Yes. A4 is 297 x 210mm and the tray top is 356 x 279mm, so paper lies flat with clearance on every side - and you can still get your fingers under a stack to lift it.
The supplier does not publish a stack limit. Four to six is what schools use in practice. They are lightweight plastic, so a very tall stack full of paper gets unstable rather than breaks.
So they nest when empty and interlock when stacked. It also makes them tidier on a shelf - 241 x 318mm of footprint instead of 279 x 356mm.
Those are the six we currently list. The supplier makes eight - Purple and Lime Green are the other two. Ask us if you need them and we will check availability before you order.
No. A3 is 420 x 297mm, longer than the 356mm tray. A4 and smaller only.

Returns, Refunds & Replacements

Mega Office Supplies accepts change-of-mind returns for unopened and unused products within 14 days from the invoice date, provided the item is returned in its original packaging and in resalable condition. Original shipping costs are not refundable, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, and a restocking fee may apply depending on the product type and supplier. Some items, including electronics, assembled or installed furniture, food, beverages, medicines, custom-made products, and certain bulk or special-order items, are not eligible for return unless required under Australian Consumer Law.
