The HeartSine Samaritan 500P AED Trainer Remote Control enables a training instructor to control AED simulation scenarios for the HeartSine 500P Samaritan PAD Trainer, guiding trainees through simulated AED analysis, energy delivery, and CPR feedback prompts to create realistic, instructor-directed cardiac arrest training experiences.
AED training effectiveness is maximised when an instructor can vary the scenario - introducing shockable and non-shockable rhythms, controlling the timing of analysis and prompts, and guiding trainees through the full AED use cycle including CPR feedback. Without remote control, a fixed trainer programme follows the same scripted pathway every time, limiting scenario variety and the instructor's ability to assess trainee responses to unexpected training situations. The 500P Trainer Remote Control gives the instructor full control over the training scenario from a position where they can observe and assess trainee performance without interfering with the exercise.
The remote allows the instructor to trigger simulated shockable and non-shockable analysis results, initiate CPR feedback phases, and progress through the training sequence at a pace matched to trainee progress and assessment requirements. RRP $185.05.

Returns, Refunds & Replacements
Mega Office Supplies accepts change-of-mind returns for unopened and unused products within 14 days from the invoice date, provided the item is returned in its original packaging and in resalable condition. Original shipping costs are not refundable, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, and a restocking fee may apply depending on the product type and supplier. Some items, including electronics, assembled or installed furniture, food, beverages, medicines, custom-made products, and certain bulk or special-order items, are not eligible for return unless required under Australian Consumer Law.
