GBC BL175M67X99 is a box of 100 gloss laminating pouches at 67 x 99mm, a size ACCO list as badge, in a thick 175 micron gauge.

The 67 x 99mm format is a touch larger than a bank card, which leaves room for a bigger photo, a name in large type and a role or access level underneath. That is why it turns up on conference passes, volunteer badges and visitor cards hung from a lanyard or clip.

A badge swings, twists and gets caught on things, so the heavier gauge earns its place. At 175 micron the sealed badge stays flat and firm, and ACCO describe the result as glossy and protected against tampering. The current box lists photos, arts and craft and ID as uses.

No. It is larger. The credit card pouch is 54 x 86mm, code BL175M54X86. The 67 x 99mm size is the one ACCO list as badge.
ACCO publish no guidance on punching these pouches, so none is given here. A clip, lanyard or badge holder is a separate item.
Yes. A machine that stops at 125 micron, such as the GBC iLam 350 listed by ACCO at 80 to 125 micron, is not suitable.
GBC have changed the box. The older dark box and the current red box both show the 67 x 99 size, 175 microns and a 100 pack.
