A Comb Binder With A 4 Hole Punch Built In

The GBC MultiBind 220 is a manual plastic comb binding machine that punches 20 sheets at a time, binds up to 450 sheets on a 21 loop comb and includes a 4 hole punch for filing.

The second punch is what sets it apart. The same machine that comb binds a report can punch loose pages with four holes, which ACCO describe as being for traditional file archiving. ACCO describe the punching as gravity fed and low force, with a double handle for extra leverage.

A label beside the paper slot reads a maximum of 20 sheets of 80gsm or 3 PVC covers at 0.2mm per punch. The arms fold down for storage, and the adjustable paper stop helps line pages up the same way each pass. The punch margin is fixed. ACCO give a 2 year warranty and list it for moderate to heavy use.

No. It punches holes and binds with plastic combs. Thermal binding needs a heated machine such as the ThermaBind range.
