Both GBC CombBind manual models we sell will close it: ACCO rate the CB20 to a 28mm comb and the CB25 to 45mm. On another brand of binder, check that it punches the 21 hole A4 pattern.
No. Plastic combs are opened and closed on a comb binder. Wire binding needs its own machine and wire spines.
