A Writing Surface That Slides Over Your Keyboard

The Fellowes Easy Glide 8210001 is a writing and document slope that sits between your screen and keyboard, then glides forward over the keys when you need to write, read or annotate paper without pushing the keyboard aside.

That makes it a different tool from an easel copyholder. The main platform is a full size slope with a contoured ledge along the bottom that, Fellowes say, supports catalogues, books and paperwork up to 5kg. Sprung levers on either side set the angle between 7.5 and 37.5 degrees, and Fellowes list six platform heights from 11.8 to 25.3 cm.

Slide the platform back and a removable accessory tray underneath holds pens, a phone and a charging cable, with space for cable management. Rubber feet on the base help stop it moving.
