The Esselte SWS Card File Box is sized for 102 x 152mm (6x4) system cards and index cards. It is not suited to larger or smaller card sizes. If you use A-Z guide cards in the 6x4 format, they are fully compatible with this box.

The flip-top lid is designed to close firmly and keep cards contained. While it provides good everyday protection against dust and spillage, this box is intended for desktop or shelf use rather than heavy transit situations.

Yes. The box is compatible with standard 6x4 A-Z guide cards, which slot in alongside your index cards to create an alphabetically organised filing system. Guide cards are sold separately.
