A 192-piece rubberwood block set that stores on its own trolley
The MTA Essentials Wooden Unit Blocks Set and Trolley, supplier code BE35102, is a 192-piece rubberwood unit block set supplied with wooden trays that double as a mobile trolley.
MTA Essentials lists the cube block at 7cm x 7cm x 3.5cm and the longest block at 28cm. Each wooden tray measures 31.8cm (W) x 45.8cm (L) x 8cm (H), and the trolley with castors stands 50cm high. The supplier recommends the set for ages 3+ and designs it for indoor use.
The variety of shapes supports open-ended construction, and MTA Essentials suggests bridges, towers and cityscapes for exploring stability and balance. Blocks can also be used to teach size comparison, symmetry and counting. Packing the blocks back into the trays keeps the set together and easy to move.
The trolley rolls the whole set to the building area and back to storage. Combine the blocks with other hands-on resources from early learning and sensory resources, maths equipment, educational games and educational supplies.
