A classic swing and catch game for six players
EDX Education Swing and Catch Cups, EDX item code 63061, is a set of 6 colourful cups, each with a tethered ball, for active hand-eye coordination games.
EDX describes the game as a vibrant update to a simple classic. Children swing the tethered ball and try to catch it inside the cup. EDX lists each cup at 20cm high, made from lightweight plastic with a grip designed for smaller hands. EDX lists an age of 4 years and over, and the distributor says the set suits indoor and outdoor use.
EDX says judging the arc, speed and momentum of the swinging ball sharpens spatial tracking, timing and hand-eye coordination. With six cups in the set, a whole group can play at once, and adults can run challenges such as the most catches in a row.
Add other EDX active play pieces for a full station. See the EDX Education range, more physical education equipment, early learning resources and the wider educational supplies catalogue for schools, centres and families.
