A first set of chunky coloured pencils
The Educational Colours First Creations Easi-Grip Wooden Pencils Set of 6, supplier code FCEGWP6, are chunky wooden coloured pencils that First Creations describes as ideal for young artists.
First Creations designed these coloured pencils with little hands in mind. The supplier says the chunky barrel allows children to easily grip and control the pencil, and that the highly pigmented, extra thick, break-resistant lead makes them particularly suitable for young children. A jumbo sharpener comes in the pack. First Creations offers the pencils as a 6 pack or a 12 pack, and this is the 6 pack.
This listing is the 6 pack of chunky wooden coloured pencils, with a jumbo sharpener included. First Creations says introducing drawing early helps develop fine motor skills and hand-eye coordination, and the jumbo sharpener means the chunky leads can be kept sharp.
A 12 pack is listed as a separate product. Easi-Grip Watercolour Pencils from First Creations are also available. Explore more coloured pencils, jumbo pencils, early learning resources and the Educational Colours range.
