The 4XL and 5XL print large 104 x 159mm shipping labels, and they draw more power than the standard desktop LabelWriter printers. That is why Dymo gives them their own 90W adaptor. If yours was lost in an office move, damaged, or has simply stopped working, this is the matching genuine replacement. The smaller LabelWriter adaptors are not rated high enough to run a 4XL or 5XL reliably, so check your model before ordering.

The LabelWriter 4XL and LabelWriter 5XL. These are the wide format models that print 104 x 159mm shipping labels.
Use the adaptor made for those models instead. Dymo supplies the 2209403 adaptor for the 400, 450, 550, 550 Turbo and Wireless, and we stock it too.
No. The standard adaptors are rated lower and will not run a 4XL or 5XL reliably. This 90W adaptor is the one Dymo makes for the wide format printers.
Newell has not confirmed whether the Australian part ships with a mains lead. Keep the lead from your original adaptor, or call us on 1300 783 961 before ordering if you need one.
If the printer shows no lights with a known good power point and lead, the adaptor is the usual cause. If it powers up but prints faint or streaky labels, clean the print head first.
