Derwent Artists Chocolate, colour number 6600, highly pigmented and wax-based
Derwent Artists Chocolate, colour 6600, built on a highly pigmented 4mm wax-based core.
In the Derwent Artists colour list, code 3206600 is Chocolate, colour number 6600. Bold landscapes and detailed illustrations both sit within the range's scope, and the full list runs to 78 colours. The core is wax-based and highly pigmented, with a texture Derwent rates as firm, and it lays colour down smoothly and richly. At 4mm, the larger core suits broad, expressive strokes. Derwent pairs the firm point with an extensive colour range for detailed light layering.
Derwent code 3206600 and our code AA3206600 both point to this colour on an order. Check colour number 6600 when matching it to pencils already in the cupboard. The box holds 6 pencils, every one of them Chocolate. It suits topping up one colour in a class or studio supply.
More artist colour pencils are listed in Artist Pencils. Graphite and general-use pencils are grouped together in Pencils. The broader Writing Supplies collection covers pens, markers and desk items.
