Derwent Scale Divider for transferring measurements to paper

A folding Derwent drawing tool that transfers measurements from life, photographs and sketches, with scaling ratios from 4:1 to 1:4.

The Derwent Scale Divider is a drawing tool for taking a measurement from the subject and transferring it to the page, so the proportions in a drawing follow what is being drawn. Derwent names life, photographs and sketches as the sources it works from. The divider scales a measurement in ratios from 4:1 to 1:4, so it can be enlarged or reduced on the way across.

Quote Derwent code 2300580 or our product code AA2300580 when ordering. Derwent packs each Scale Divider individually in a blister, and this listing is a box of 8. When it is not in use the divider folds away, and Derwent notes that it slips into a backpack for drawing away from the desk.

For more tools that sit beside pencils and pads, see Drawing Supplies. Art rooms and schools stocking up on drawing equipment can also browse Educational Supplies for related lines we carry.
