Chalky 4mm pastel core in Pale Spectrum Blue (P370)

Six Derwent Pastel pencils in Pale Spectrum Blue, each with a chalky 4mm pastel core and the Derwent colour number P370.

Derwent Pastel pencils hold fine grade pastel in pencil form, and this box is Pale Spectrum Blue, colour P370. A chalky texture and a 4mm powder-based core define the range. Derwent names detailed drawings and sketches, portraiture and life studies as its uses, and notes that pastel is naturally water-soluble, so light washes can be made with water.

Our product code is AA2300266; Derwent's code is 2300266, colour number P370. We sell it in a box of 6 matching pencils. In Derwent's range features table the Pastel Pencils score 5 for blendable, 5 for layering and 3 for point strength, and Pale Spectrum Blue is rated 5 on the Blue Wool scale.

Our Art & Craft Supplies collection covers the drawing, painting and craft materials we stock for studios and art rooms. If you only need pastel products, the Craft Pastels collection narrows the list to pastel lines.
