D-Link DSL-16MF VDSL2 and ADSL2+ Microfilter Splitter

The D-Link DSL-16MF is a low pass microfilter that D-Link lists for both VDSL2 and ADSL2+ telephone lines. It separates analogue voice signals from DSL broadband data so a telephone can share the line with an internet connection.

D-Link explains that without a microfilter, DSL data signals are heard as noise on equipment connected to the phone line and may interfere with alarm units connected across it. D-Link states a filter is required for each phone device on the wall outlet, such as a phone, fax, analogue modem, answering machine or alarm dialler.

D-Link sets a maximum of 3 filters on any one phone line, so count the devices before ordering. D-Link also states the DSL-16MF is not to be used with a back to base security alarm system, and D-Link lists a 3 year limited warranty for the filter.

Returns, Refunds & Replacements

Mega Office Supplies accepts change-of-mind returns for unopened and unused products within 14 days from the invoice date, provided the item is returned in its original packaging and in resalable condition. Original shipping costs are not refundable, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, and a restocking fee may apply depending on the product type and supplier.
