A single soft cut block for carving and printing
Zart Soft Cut Carving Block 14.5 x 21cm, supplier code LT131, is a single printing rubber block from The Creative School Supply Company for carving designs with lino tools and printing them.
The Creative School Supply Company says this printing rubber carves with the ease of carving into butter, and calls it quick and easy to use. Lino carving tools cut intricate designs into the surface, and the supplier notes the block may be used both sides if the carving is shallow. Print it with block printing ink or an ink pad.
At 14.5 x 21cm the block gives room for a larger single design or a detailed picture print. A single block suits trying a technique or making a one-off piece, and the supplier states this size is sold singularly as well as in packs of ten.
The same block comes as a pack of ten, and a smaller 11 x 11cm block is also listed. Add lino rollers and block printing ink, and browse educational craft supplies, art and craft supplies, classroom supplies and the Zart range.
