A Long Chrome Rack for a Full Load of Plates

Connoisseur 752101 is a chrome wire dish drainer measuring 490 x 330 x 90 mm, long enough to stand a row of dinner plates at each end and still leave an open middle for bowls, cups and pots.

The open wire build lets air reach every piece and water run straight off, which suits a staff kitchen after the lunch rush or a cafe back room where plates come out of the sink in quantity. Weatherdon list it as stain resistant, and the bright chrome finish keeps a clean, commercial look on the bench.

As the Weatherdon photo shows, the plate racks are formed from upright wire loops at both ends of the frame, with a flat wire floor between them.

It has no cutlery pockets, so pair it with a cutlery basket or choose the Connoisseur white plastic drainer, which has them built in. There is no drip tray in the Weatherdon listing.
