The Main Course Fork of the Auberge Range

Connoisseur 500302 is the Auberge table fork: 199 mm long, made from 18/10 grade stainless steel and mirror polished, in a pack of 12.

Auberge is the only range in this Connoisseur cutlery group that Weatherdon list in 18/10 grade steel; the Arc, Curve, Edge, Flat and Satin pieces are listed as 18/0. The handle has a traditional shape that flares out to a rounded tip, and the mirror finish gives a bright look on a white tablecloth.

Four tines and a full 199 mm length make it the fork for mains and plated meals rather than entrees or cake. Hotels, function centres and restaurants setting a formal table can pair it with the Auberge knife, dessert spoon and teaspoon. Weatherdon list it as dishwasher safe.

It is the stainless steel grade Weatherdon state for the Auberge range. Most of the other Connoisseur cutlery ranges we list, such as Curve and Edge, are 18/0.
Weatherdon's care sheet says to dry cutlery with a soft cloth straight after washing and not to leave it soaking or stored damp.
Yes. The Auberge knife (500303) is 239 mm and carries the same handle shape. The dessert spoon and teaspoon complete the set.

Returns, Refunds & Replacements

Mega Office Supplies accepts change-of-mind returns for unopened and unused products within 14 days from the invoice date, provided the item is returned in its original packaging and in resalable condition. Original shipping costs are not refundable, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, and a restocking fee may apply depending on the product type and supplier.
