A two piece room bin with a stainless rim that hides the liner
Compass 7694201 is an 8 L rectangular black bin made in two pieces: a black outer with a brushed 18/0 stainless steel rim, and a powder coated black steel liner that sits inside it.
The two piece build is what sets it apart from a plain plastic room bin. The bag hangs in the inner liner and the outer slips down over it, so the bag edge is covered and the room only sees the black body and the metal band at the top. To empty it, lift the outer off, as Weatherdon's photos show, and take the liner to the trolley. A rubber rim around the base keeps it from scraping desks and floors.
A rectangular footprint of 225 L x 165 W mm lets it sit flush against a wall or a desk leg, and at 280 mm high it fits under most desks. It is a good match for hotel rooms, executive offices, meeting rooms and reception desks where a bin is in view of guests.
The round 10 L Compass bins with liner come in stainless and leatherette. See more desktop and small bins, guest amenities and the Compass range.
