A tall 57 litre bullet bin for lobbies, cafes and walkways
Compass 76925701 is the large 57 L bullet bin: a matt black powder coated steel body with a domed top, a 150 mm opening, a protective stainless steel trim, a rubber rim on the base and a galvanised liner, standing 880 mm high and 390 mm across.
The bullet shape is a public area bin. The small round opening in the dome takes cups, wrappers and tissues while keeping the contents out of sight, and the 880 mm height puts the opening at a comfortable reach for people walking past. Weatherdon's photo shows it standing beside the timber screens of a cafe, which is typical of where it ends up: foyers, lift lobbies, food courts and outdoor seating.
Weatherdon list it for indoor or outdoor use. Inside, a galvanised liner collects the rubbish, and the rubber rim on the base sits between the steel and the floor. For a smaller footprint in the same style, the 30 L model is 76923001.
