A big grey pedal bin for kitchens and back of house
Compass 76068 is a 68 L grey plastic pedal bin with a robust foot pedal, measuring 500 L x 410 W x 840 H mm closed and 1140 mm high with the lid open.
At this size it takes a full day of rubbish from a commercial kitchen, cafe prep area, workshop or busy staff room. The foot pedal lifts the lid so both hands stay on the tray or bag. Weatherdon's photos show the lid opening wide over a black bag fitted around the rim.
Weatherdon pack these bins nested in threes, with the lids and parts inside the top bin, so each bin needs a few minutes of assembly: the pedal clips into the base, a stand bar links it to the lid, and rubber locks finish it off. The assembly sheet is downloadable on this page. Weatherdon also note that coloured lids can be ordered on request.
For smaller pedal bins and stainless options browse Commercial Large Waste Bins and Rubbish Bins. Large liners are in Bin Liners, and the full range is under Compass.
