Command Large White Hooks 3 Pack Up To 2kg

3M Australia lists 2.2kg per hook for the Command Large Utility Hooks 17003-3, and the pack front prints 2.2kg. Our product title says up to 2kg, which is lower than 3M's published figure.

3M lists painted walls, finished wood, glass, tile, metal and other smooth surfaces for the Command Large Utility Hooks. Command's Australian FAQ says Command products should not go on wallpaper, which can tear, or on brick, although they will stick to painted smooth cinder block.

3M lists it for indoor use. For showers and other humid spots, Command's Australian FAQ points to the Water-Resistant range with the blue strip, such as the Command Wet and Dry towel hooks.

Command's Australian FAQ recommends wiping the spot with isopropyl alcohol, because household and window cleaners can leave a film that weakens the bond. Methylated spirit is not recommended.

Command's Australian FAQ says to apply the strips vertically when mounting hooks for organising or decorating.

Yes. 3M says it removes cleanly with no holes, marks or sticky residue, and can be rehung by applying a new Command Large Refill Strip.
