Yellow Green, a Vivid Lime for Spring Foliage
Yellow Green is a vivid lime in Jo Sonja's Matte Flow Acrylic, sold in a 75ml tube for new leaves, spring scenes and bright pattern work.
Our painted swatch is a vivid lime that sits right between yellow and green. Its label band is the same bright lime, printed Yellow Green with a half-filled circle and Series 1, and translated as Jaune Verte, Gelb Grün and Amarillo Verde. The third image is a studio scene with turquoise paint squeezed onto a palette beside Jo Sonja tubes and a jar of water.
Lime greens catch the light on leaves and grass and make darker greens look richer beside them. Yellow Green also brings a fresh, modern note to patterns, borders and children's room decor. Paired with darker greens from the same range, it shows the light side of a leaf in a single stroke.
To bring fresh spring light into a landscape or a leafy border, highlight leaves using small flats from the craft paint brushes range, find deeper greens in acrylic paints, and choose practice surfaces from classroom canvas boards.
