Silver, a Glittering Metallic for Trims and Accents
Silver brings a glittering metallic finish to Jo Sonja's Matte Flow Acrylic, with the 75ml Silver tube ready for trims, lettering and wintry details.
Painted out, our swatch shows a glittering grey silver with plenty of sparkle in the strokes. The silver label band prints Silver, a half-filled circle and Series 2, with Argent pigment micacé and Silber Glimmerpigment among the translations, so the label names a mica pigment. In the styled shot, a beach sign is propped up behind a Decor Crackle bottle and four tubes.
Silver suits snowflakes, stars, frost and modern geometric designs, and gives lettering a crisp metallic edge. It sits well with blues, greys and black, and helps tie a painted piece to silver hardware or frames. Christmas craft sessions and school holiday workshops get good use from a silver like this.
For snowflakes, stars and silver lettering, paint fine silver lines with liners from the craft paint brushes range, protect the finish using painting mediums, and see the Premium Metallic Platinum and other metallics in acrylic paints.
