Chroma Purple in a Large 250ml Jar

Chroma's Purple arrives here as a very dark purple that looks near black in mass, filling a 250ml jar for night gardens and deep purple grapes.

Printed on the label: Atelier, Interactive, Artists' Acrylic and PURPLE. Choose the jar when eggplant, shadowed florals and dark violet accents fill a large part of the picture. The product photo pairs the Purple jar with a thick patch of a deep aubergine purple. The distributor lists Purple as Series 1, under Chroma code AI12730.

Painters working on night gardens and deep purple grapes get a steady supply of a deep aubergine purple from one container. Scooping a deep aubergine purple from a jar beats squeezing tube after tube of Purple. Because the paint shows through the jar walls, Purple is easy to spot on a crowded shelf.

Planning a bigger piece in Purple? Our painting accessories cover the palettes that hold Purple. Pick up paint brushes broad enough for eggplant, shadowed florals and dark violet accents. Browse painting mediums to use with a deep aubergine purple.

FAQs

You get a single jar holding 250ml of Purple. Nothing else ships with AI12730; add brushes and a surface for eggplant, shadowed florals and dark violet accents separately.
Expect a very dark purple that looks near black in mass in the jar. Screen settings change how Purple looks online, so the photos of AI12730 are a guide rather than a perfect match.
It suits painters covering big canvases with Purple, or a class sharing one colour for eggplant, shadowed florals and dark violet accents. For small studies of a deep aubergine purple, a tube is usually enough.
Quote AI12730, the Chroma code for Purple in the 250ml jar, or our own SKU XPAI12730.
We have not confirmed pigment codes or ratings for Purple, so the listing for AI12730 leaves them out rather than guess.
