Heavy Gloss Gel for Building Texture and Impasto

Chroma Atelier Heavy Gel (Gloss) is a thick gel effects medium in a 250ml jar for painters who want raised, textured strokes in acrylic.

Under the Atelier Traditional mark, a purple Gel Effects Medium band introduces Heavy Gel (Gloss), and the label notes it was previously called Impasto Gel. That older name hints at the job: stirring a thick gel through acrylic colour so knife marks and brush ridges stand up from the surface. A 250ml jar is a sensible size for trying textured work on smaller canvases.
