They are separate colours in the range. Our photos show both as pale whites that look very alike, so we suggest choosing by the name you need: Titanium White here or Pearl White as AT20740.

Mixing white into a colour on the palette is a common way to make tints. Test the mix on scrap paper first, as the result depends on the colours used.
