A 520 Sheet Tray Under A 50 Page A Minute Engine

The Brother MFC-L6720DW is the high volume model of Brother's professional mono laser all-in-ones: up to 50 pages a minute, a 520 sheet standard tray and a 70 sheet single pass duplex feeder.

It shares the L5915DW engine at up to 50 pages a minute and 1200 x 1200 dpi, and adds capacity: a 520 sheet standard tray plus a 100 sheet multi purpose tray, with optional trays beyond that. The 70 sheet feeder captures both sides in one pass. Connection is Gigabit Ethernet, dual band Wi-Fi, Wi-Fi Direct, USB and a USB host port.

It runs the same TN3605 family to 18,000 pages and the same 45,000 page DR3605 drum, but ships with a 6,000 page cartridge, double the starter in the L5915DW. Brother rates it for a recommended 500 to 8,000 pages a month against 500 to 5,000 for its smaller sibling.

Fleet buyers should price it with the largest cartridge fitted, which takes toner changes down to a fraction of the standard cartridge. The TN3615 18,000 page toner, TN3605XXL and DR-3605 drum are stocked here, with the rest of the Brother laser printer range.
