One Sheet Through The Printer Cleans The Print Head
The Brother DK-CL99 is a genuine cleaning sheet for Brother QL label printers: run it through like a label roll and it lifts paper dust and adhesive residue off the print head.
Label printers collect what labels leave behind: paper dust and traces of adhesive that eventually show up as faded lines and patchy print. The cleaning sheet loads like a normal DK roll and collects that residue as it feeds. Brother lists it for the QL-500, QL-550, QL-500W and QL-650TD. It does not publish the sheet count per pack, so we will not invent one - ask us if that matters for your order.
Brother publishes the DK-CL99 against the QL-500, QL-550, QL-500W and QL-650TD. It does not list the sheet for the current QL models, so we will not claim it - if your printer is a newer QL and print quality is dropping, contact us and we will confirm the right maintenance approach before you spend anything.

Shipping & Delivery

Returns, Refunds & Replacements
Mega Office Supplies accepts change-of-mind returns for unopened and unused products within 14 days from the invoice date, provided the item is returned in its original packaging and in resalable condition. Original shipping costs are not refundable, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, and a restocking fee may apply depending on the product type and supplier. Some items, including electronics, assembled or installed furniture, food, beverages, medicines, custom-made products, and certain bulk or special-order items, are not eligible for return unless required under Australian Consumer Law.
