The Brother DK-11204 is a genuine roll of 17mm x 54mm die-cut multi purpose paper labels, black on white, 400 labels to the roll, made for Brother QL series label printers.

At 17mm x 54mm it is the general purpose size: small enough for cable tags, jars and sample bags, long enough for a name, a date and a code. Each roll carries 400 die-cut labels. Direct thermal printing means no ink, toner or ribbon, so the only consumable you ever replace is the roll itself.

No. Brother QL printers are direct thermal, which means heat from the print head images the label stock itself. This roll is the only consumable - when it runs out you drop in a new one and keep printing.
They are adhesive-backed paper labels made for permanent application on paper, card and most smooth surfaces. Brother does not publish a peel strength figure for this roll, so for unusual surfaces we recommend testing one label before running a batch.

Returns, Refunds & Replacements

Mega Office Supplies accepts change-of-mind returns for unopened and unused products within 14 days from the invoice date, provided the item is returned in its original packaging and in resalable condition. Original shipping costs are not refundable, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, and a restocking fee may apply depending on the product type and supplier.
