XT100 2.0 Soundbar with Dolby Atmos

The BlueAnt XT100 is a 2.0 channel soundbar in black for the TV, and BlueAnt's information sheet lists Dolby Atmos with 100W of total output, 50W RMS from each of its 2 channels.

BlueAnt's tech specs list HDMI out with eARC and CEC plus 2 HDMI inputs, along with optical, coaxial, AUX, Bluetooth 5.1 and USB playback of MP3 files. BlueAnt also lists the bar as Dolby Vision compatible, and describes setup as a single HDMI cable, which is included, or an optical cable sold separately.

Yes. BlueAnt's information sheet lists the XT100 as a 2.0 channel bar with Dolby Atmos, and also lists it as Dolby Vision compatible.
BlueAnt's tech specs list 2 HDMI inputs and an HDMI out with eARC, and its key features add CEC. An HDMI 2.0 cable is on BlueAnt's box list.
Mounting brackets with screws are part of BlueAnt's box list for the XT100. Wall plugs are not mentioned, so match them to your wall before drilling.
On BlueAnt's sheets, the XT100 is the 2.0 bar with Dolby Atmos, 100W and 2 HDMI inputs. BlueAnt's sheets give the XT120 a built-in subwoofer for 2.1 sound at 120W with Dolby Digital, so pick the XT100 for Atmos and the extra inputs.

Mega Office Supplies accepts change-of-mind returns for unopened and unused products within 14 days from the invoice date, provided the item is returned in its original packaging and in resalable condition. Original shipping costs are not refundable, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, and a restocking fee may apply depending on the product type and supplier.
