This binder is specifically made for A3 landscape documents - sheets that are 420mm wide by 297mm tall when filed horizontally. It will not correctly accommodate A4 or portrait-oriented A3 sheets without adjusting how documents are punched and inserted.

The 3D ring mechanism has a 25mm capacity. As a general guide, 25mm rings accommodate roughly 200 to 250 sheets of standard 80gsm paper, though A3 sheets are heavier and bulkier than A4, so practical capacity will be lower. This binder suits lighter filing sets rather than high-volume archives.

The front cover, back cover and spine each have a clear overlay pocket. You slide a printed or handwritten title sheet behind the overlay to customise the binder for a specific project, client or document set. No label printing or adhesive is required.
