A roll of 500 white triangular 25mm 'Thin' food consistency labels on paper with a removable adhesive.

Level 0 Thin covers ordinary drinks that flow like water, with no thickening at all. It earns a label because an unthickened drink on a tray is a deliberate clinical decision rather than the absence of one, and the tray needs to say so. Avery states the range was developed in accordance with the International Dysphagia Diet Standardisation Initiative framework, and white is the colour that framework assigns to Level 0, so a tray marked with one of these reads the same way in any kitchen working to IDDSI.

The adhesive is rated from -5°C to 60°C and Avery lists the range as safe for refrigeration, so it holds from the cold room through to service. The label is triangular rather than round, because IDDSI uses shape alongside colour so a level stays readable to someone with impaired colour vision.

The adhesive is removable, so the label lifts off a tray, a lid or a jug at the end of service without leaving residue on equipment that gets washed and put back into use.
