Frosted is translucent, crystal clear is transparent. Avery's own word for what this code does is that it basically disappears, against virtually disappears for crystal clear. Frosted is also the lighter stock, 110gsm against 191gsm, and it is an inkjet product where crystal clear is laser. Avery used to sell this range as Clear with Matt Finish; it is the same product under an older name.

Avery publishes no durability claim for this range at all - nothing about water, oil, dirt, tearing or UV. It is a printing and appearance product, and we are not going to imply otherwise.

Plenty, and it is worth saying plainly: no adhesive peel strength, no thickness, no exposure or immersion rating, no temperature range on the product page and no shelf life. If any of that decides the purchase, ask us and we will put it to the supplier rather than guess.
