A pack of 25 buff foolscap spring transfer files with black printed subject panels — a spring transfer file differs from a spiral spring action file in that it has a bar-and-spring mechanism that holds documents upright inside the file rather than simply compressing them, making it suited to active matter files that transition to archive.
Spring transfer files are used in systems where a file starts as an active matter file and is then sealed and archived when the matter closes. The spring bar holds papers neatly while the file is active; the spring then seals the file for archive. Black printed panels include subject, reference and date fields. Pack of 25 under Avery code 86804.

Returns, Refunds & Replacements
Mega Office Supplies accepts change-of-mind returns for unopened and unused products within 14 days from the invoice date, provided the item is returned in its original packaging and in resalable condition. Original shipping costs are not refundable, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, and a restocking fee may apply depending on the product type and supplier. Some items, including electronics, assembled or installed furniture, food, beverages, medicines, custom-made products, and certain bulk or special-order items, are not eligible for return unless required under Australian Consumer Law.
