This is not a D-ring file. Avery calls it a Lever Arched Lateral File, and their description is that it combines the features of a lateral filing colour coding system and lever arch files. Our own listing gave it a D-ring fastener and a binder style hole punch that Avery does not publish for it.
On the measurements. Avery prints this code's pair in the reverse order to its siblings - 367 x 242mm here against 242 x 367mm on the others. It is the same foolscap file either way, and Avery never labels which figure is the width, so we carry each page exactly as they publish it.
Avery's published labelling route is their own colour coding labels, or their free Filepro software. They publish no legend to go with them, so what each colour comes to mean is yours to decide.
A correction. Our own listing for this code claimed that the ring opens on a larger radius than a round ring, that it suits sectors Avery does not name, that it is fitted with a D-ring, that documents are hole punched into a binder style fastener, that it is the lateral file equivalent of a lever arch binder and that it sits flat on an open shelf. Avery publishes none of it, so it has been removed.
Avery publishes no sheet count and no ring size. Where they are silent, so are we.
What Avery says it is for. Avery's own sentence is that these combine the features of a lateral filing colour coding system and lever arch files, for heavy duty filing with clear identification of file types.

Returns, Refunds & Replacements
Mega Office Supplies accepts change-of-mind returns for unopened and unused products within 14 days from the invoice date, provided the item is returned in its original packaging and in resalable condition. Original shipping costs are not refundable, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, and a restocking fee may apply depending on the product type and supplier.
