ACCO Australia intends the 500A for enamel, porcelain or melamine surfaced boards; Artline's website extends that to traditional and electronic whiteboards and says glassboards work too. Guidance differs between board makers, so please check yours before use.

We make no odour claim. ACCO's listing describes the 500A ink as low odour, but the SDS ACCO issued for EK-500A, EK-509A and EK-550A (SDS date 15 Jan 2024) describes a solvent odour and rates the ink highly flammable.
