They are separate ACCO Australia codes: 122012 Dark Red and 122002 Red, with DARK RED and RED box labels. ACCO Australia's own photograph of the standard red box has a DARK RED end label, so check the label if the exact shade matters.
ACCO Australia list a Pack Size of 12 for 122012, and 12 items is printed on the box end.
ACCO Australia make the strong claim that the water-based ink will not even bleed through thin paper. Artline's own site says less likely to bleed through paper that is 110gsm or above.
The ACCO Australia safety data sheet for the Artline 200, 210 and 220 fineliner pens, dated 14 Feb 2024, is attached below. That document shows the pen is not classified as hazardous according to Safe Work Australia criteria.

Returns, Refunds & Replacements

Mega Office Supplies accepts change-of-mind returns for unopened and unused products within 14 days from the invoice date, provided the item is returned in its original packaging and in resalable condition. Original shipping costs are not refundable, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, and a restocking fee may apply depending on the product type and supplier.
