ACCO Australia describes the Artline 70 as suited to porous surfaces such as cardboard and wood and non-porous surfaces such as steel and glass. Test on a hidden spot first if the surface matters.

Artline's website describes the ink as fast drying and water resistant. ACCO's listing for this code does not give a water rating.
