The matching cards are what make this a resource rather than a novelty. An x-ray on its own is an interesting picture. Laid over the photograph of the same animal, it shows how the skeleton sits inside the body - and that is the actual biology.

Real x-rays, not illustrations. Mammals, reptiles, fish, amphibians and birds are covered, so a class can sort by group and then work out what the skeletons of each group have in common. That question - what makes a bird skeleton a bird skeleton - is a better task than labelling one diagram.

Printed on clear plastic, so they work on a light table, on an overhead projector, or held against a window or a white wall. That flexibility matters; not every room has a light table.

The supplier says 14 animals across mammals, reptiles, fish, amphibians and birds but does not name them. Ask us and we will get the list before you order.
No. They work on a light table, on an overhead projector, or simply held up against a window or a white wall. A light table is the nicest option, not a requirement.
The supplier states they are real animal x-rays, not illustrations. That is why the bone detail is uneven in places - real radiographs are.
They are photographs of the same animals. Laying the x-ray over the photograph shows exactly where the skeleton sits inside the body, which an x-ray alone does not.
The supplier does not state an age. The sorting and matching works from mid-primary; the comparative anatomy questions carry it into secondary.

Returns, Refunds & Replacements

Mega Office Supplies accepts change-of-mind returns for unopened and unused products within 14 days from the invoice date, provided the item is returned in its original packaging and in resalable condition. Original shipping costs are not refundable, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, and a restocking fee may apply depending on the product type and supplier.
