ABC Mathseeds My First Add and Subtract Workbook

ABC Mathseeds My First Add and Subtract gives young learners a gentle start with adding and taking away through a varied set of hands-on activities.

Part of the My First series from ABC Mathseeds, this workbook grew out of the Mathseeds online learning program, which comes from the same educators and publishers behind ABC Reading Eggs. Written by Sara Leman, it targets the early addition and subtraction skills children build in Kindergarten or Prep and Year 1, with each book in the range centred on one group of core maths concepts.

The activity mix keeps practice varied, so children revisit the same ideas in different ways rather than repeating one drill. The book comes in a burst bind format with a spine, and its single topic focus makes it easy for a parent or teacher to target a specific early number skill.

The book pairs naturally with other titles in the My First range for children who are building number confidence. See the wider range of educational books, educational activity books and education resources for home and classroom learning.
