Waste Separation Bins

Two things break a scheme and neither is signage. Unequal capacity, since a general waste bin twice the size gets filled regardless of contents. And unequal placement, because a bin two steps further away is the one nobody uses. Match volumes, group them together, and colour code consistently across the site.
